さすてな京都（南部クリーンセンター敷地内アジサイ小径を含む）では、次の撮影ルールを設けております。

 

（禁止事項）

⑴　商用利用、商業利用を目的とする撮影

⑵　私的利用を目的とする撮影であっても、次の事項に該当する行為

ア　コスプレ、ウエディングドレス等、特別な衣装を着用した撮影

イ　他の来館者、施設作業員、車のナンバープレートが映り込む撮影

ウ　他の来館者の妨げとなるような撮影

エ　照明、ひな段、脚立、ドローン等の撮影機材を持ち込む撮影

オ　ライブ配信等を目的とした撮影

カ　中央制御室およびその他撮影禁止エリア内での撮影

キ　施設運営上、当館が不適切と判断した撮影

 

（その他の事項）

⑴　他の来館者への配慮の観点から、スタッフがお声掛けした場合には、その指示に従ってください。

⑵　私的な利用であっても、館内展示物や動画の複製作成やインターネット上での公開等は、著作権に触れる場合がありますのでご注意ください。

Photography Policy at Sustaina Kyoto

The following rules apply to all photography and videography at Sustaina Kyoto (including the Hydrangea Path on the Southern Clean Center premises).

 

■ Prohibited Actions

（１）Commercial Use: Any photography or videography for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
（２）Personal Use Restrictions: Even for personal use, the following actions are prohibited:
・Wearing special attire (such as cosplay or wedding dresses) for photoshoots.
・Capturing other visitors, facility staff, or vehicle license plates.
・Obstructing or inconveniencing other visitors.
・Bringing in equipment such as lighting, ladders, step stools, or drones.
・Live streaming or broadcasting.
・Taking photos or videos in designated "No Photography" areas.
・Any other photography deemed inappropriate by the facility management.

 

■ General Guidelines

（１）Please follow all staff instructions to ensure a pleasant experience for all visitors.

（２）Please note that reproducing or publishing photos/videos of facility exhibits online may violate copyright laws, even if intended for personal use.
